Is your company licensed?

Yes, Airport Ride Express and all our drivers are fully licensed and permitted to operate under the rules and regulations by Milton Keynes Borough Council.

What card payments do you take?

We accept all major credit cards as payment.

Do you accept cash?

Yes, Airport Express Rides accept cash. If you wish to pay by cash, please make your booking via the phone and pay the driver on the day.

What if my flight is delayed? Will I be charged extra?

As a rule, Airport Express Ride  monitor flight arrivals and departures before any drivers are dispatched. We do NOT charge clients any extra amount as a result of flight delay.

What if I cannot locate my driver?

Our Customer Support staff are available 24hrs a day. Just call the office and our experienced staff will be able to assist.

Can you quote a fixed price for any journey?

Yes, we will agree a fixed price for any journey to give you peace of mind and guarantee the cost of the journey in advance.

How early do I need to book my car?

Airport Express Rides can usually provide services within 60 minutes for local journeys. However, the earlier you book, the better and for special requirements, ie wheelchair access or larger capacity vehicles, further notice may be required.

Can I make a booking if the party consists of more than 8 passengers?

Airport Express Rides can cater from a single passenger to multiple car pickups to accommodate most parties. Kindly contact us and benefit from special quotation and provide us with the number of passengers in your party including the full details of the journey you want to undertake.

Where can I enquire about lost property?

We don’t have a lost property department so if a driver finds anything in the taxi he is instructed to hand it in to a police station. Please contact us and our customer service team will let you know where your property is being held.

How can the passenger contest a Cancellation Fee charge on their account?

Please call our customer care team and they will process a refund.

Where do I meet my driver when I land at the airport?

If a meet and greet service has been booked, then the driver will meet you at the arrivals hall. If you provide us with your mobile number, then the driver will phone after the flight has landed to arrange a meeting point.
